Raised Gamma GT with Diabetes

I am suffering from Diabetes since last 15 years , now at the age of approx 50 Years.Using Insulin to control my blood sugar also having been consuming alchol off & on but no more now in recent years. My level of Gamma GT in liver function remained high from 98-126 against normal range of 54. I have already given blood test for current reports to come.However my current symtoms include , mild headache, mild discomfort in abdomen and ocassionally shoulder discomfort.Would you please suggest Homeopathy remedy?

try arsenic Brom Q 5 drops thrice in a day with 1/2 cup of water .. continue for a 15 days and report me.. your improvement...
