want to gain weight

Good morning,
I have been looking out to gain weight since the past 5 years but have no positive results. I am just 48 kgs and 28 yrs age. Got married recently but no improvement on the weight gain front.
Have spent a lot on ayurvedic and allopathic medicines but no results till date.
Am loosing confidence and more of a loner due to looks.
My parents are slim but not skinny.
THe biggest probelm is being skinny. have been going to gym for an year but still no results .
Should i keep going to the gym. Please recommend any good homeopathic doctor in bangalore.

Please help me with a solution.

Ya, continue gym and lots of dairy products i.e., milk, paneer, and curds. Use three times a day and use at least two months.
