intraocular pressure in eyes

hi,
the intraocular pressure in my eyes is R= 25 L=40

previously it was R=24.4 L= 34.5 in 2006.

in 2003 it began with R= 25 L = 30

was reduced in Nov 03 to 19& 22 respectively.

Currently the treatment in allopathy is using of eyedrops to reduce pressure. They also say that they have sideeffects But no option otherwise.
The latest medicine has a component called as latanoprost. A google will show u its side effects as loosing colour of Irisover a period of times use , big eyelashes, etc, etc. The mayoclinic website shows all the side effects for the various types of eyes drops

In such a case what i should do.

Has homoepathy had any successfull events in such type of disorders of eyes. Can it cure this permanently.

Should i go for the eye drops containing latanoprost ?

pls suggest what should i do.
I have been also a bit careless for last 2 yrs with no treatment. Now i am damn serious to get this problem solved.

regards

Hello
I have high IOP that was 40 and came down to 30. This was caused by a eye specialist by injecting steroid in my right eye to treat an inflamation about 5 months ago. My left eye IOP is fine. I am 46 and diabetic for the last 10 years.pls advise if Osmium 30 c is also appropriate for this condition.
