Pain in left hand on moving after fallen down

I fallen down and left hand hit the floor on 17th May 2008. There was not much injury. But the part of the hand above the elbow is paining too much on moving. As Iam studying homeopathy with the help of a person who have 20-25 years experinence in homeopathy. He is also not a professional doctor. With his advice I tried Rhus tox-200, Bryonia-200, Arnica-30, Ruta-30, Symphytom-Q, Ruta-30. Now I stopped all that medicines and taking Calendula-6 since yesterday morning. In the hand there is no swelling, no injury but is paining on movement

As I am full confidence in homepathy treatment I don't want to go for allopathy. So I request all doctors in this forum to suggest a suitable medicine.

arnica and symphytum are going to help you in the initial stages.

it depends if the pain is originating in the muscles or its the bone which is injured.

arnica works well on muscles whereas symphytum on bones and ruta on ligaments.

rhus tox modalities and etiology is important for selection of the remedy and in this case its not recommended.
