sinus pain

Hello,
We had been on vacation for last 10 days. We were out and about in such 100 degree F weather. And to help with this heat I was eating ice-creams, drinking cola & stuff which has given me sinus problem. From last 2 days every morning when I wake up my head hurts (mainly right temple) and I feel the whole face stuffed with mucus. No mucus is coming out but I feel the pressure. Because of this sinus pressure my gums are also very sensitive & there is sometimes shooting pain from my teeth. I have been taking advil to control headaches but would love if you can suggest me some homeopathy remedy.
