A Different Erectile disfunction.

Dear Sir,
My age is 30, not married. I am working as a teacher.
My main problem is Erectile disfunction. I noticed it first at the age of 21. Till now i never got full erection which is enough for intercourse even in sleep or early morning as all people use to get.Till the age 20 i was having some good erections but base/root of the pennis the girth was less than rest of the pennis when erection occur. But when erection was not there all the pennis was having same girth. Now the main problem is when i use to stimulate base / root of the pennis is not getting proper erection but rest of the pennis is getting good erection . But base of the pennis remains thinner and relaxed, thats why i am not able to lift the pennis and not able to do sex. I am not married. Till now i failed around 20 times to have sex.. Even viagra 50 mg pills also didn't help me. Andrologists tested and scanned the pennis and blood flow by injecting papavarine injection and they said its venous incompetence. By birth i born with undesended testicle (right side testicle). At the age of 16 it was operated by surgery but the testicle stayed at the base of the pennis. But the testicle is healthy.Now also its at the base of the pennis only. But my pennis not getting erection at the base of the pennis. Rest of the pennis getting good erection. But base is relaxed and thin and relaxed and weak so i am not able to lift the pennis and not able to insert into the vagina for intercorse. So till now i never had the real sex. Just i use to masturbate. But no enough erection is there. Ejaculation and sexual desires are good. I
don't have diabetes and blood pressure doctors also tested this even testrosterone also ok. From my child hood i have some sort of nervous weakness. Because of this every part of my body will get shivering (shaken) when ever stress applied on the body part. For Example hands use to shake while holding cofee cup. Lip will be shaken while trying to eat or dringk... I consulted a homeopathy doctor and used medicines for the last 45 days. But i didn't get any difference. I was smoking and drinking from 23 years of age till 28. But not now. Please suggest me good medicine. If i am going to get enough erection then only i want to marry. And my parents are forcing me for marriage. Please suggest me good treatment or medicines.
