how often to take 30c Gelsemium

My question is: based on the info below, how often should I take Gelsemium 30c?

1) symptoms - stage fright/anxiety for upcoming performance

2) dry mouth, heart racing, negative thoughts, thirst, breathlessness, butterflies in stomach, worry, imagining bad outcome, anger towards partner in performance for their lack of professionalism and not rehearsing enough.

3) I have been a performer for decades, and after taking a break for a few yrs am getting back into it. I have a show tomorrow, and just started getting acute anxiety due to my performance partner being ill prepared, difficult to deal with, and refusing to rehearse adequately.
4) Since the show is tomorrow, my symptoms are 'all the time'
5) last few nights of sleep have been disrupted around 3am. Vivid dreams about being in wide open spaces and seeing massive UFO's materialize out of black threads (I know! pretty funny!)
6) I am sensitive to overly talkative people before I go on stage, and prefer to be left alone, quietly to focus. This will not be the case tomorrow.
7) Have performed successfully and professionally in the past, but I am feeling more pressure from myself since this is my first show back in a few years, and I am stuck with someone incompetant on stage with me.
8) I take an asthma inhaler occasionally when triggered by chemicals/food.
9) allergic to ambien the sleeping pill, fyi, I get muscle paraylsis
10) female, mid 30's excellent health

How often should I take Gelsemium 30c before this event (approx 26 hrs away). I just took one dose, and I feel like I must be imagining it caused my breathing to calm a bit! is that possible already?

THANK YOU KINDLY! :)

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
its very much possible that you will feel its efect just after an hour or two of taking the remedy.

as long as its working you need not repeat. if you feel the original symptoms have returned, just take a dose of GELSIMIUM 200C.

The similimum (correct medicine in the correct potency given in the correct way) will 'space out' the problem gradually.

For example if you have a tendency to get mouth sores almost weekly, the homeopahic remedy will reduce the intensity and the gap between successive attacks will increase. You may get the sores once in a month for a few months, once in two months for a few times, then once in 6 months, and eventually you wil forget about them.

As long as the gap between succesive attacks is increasing you can rest assured that the medicine is correct and that you are going to get a 'cure' eventually.

Many patients expect the 'cure' to happen like magic, but unfortunately no therapy is capable of doing that particularly for chronic problems that were lingering on since so many years.

One should have patience while undergoing homeopathic treatment.

I have taken other homeopathic remedies, but never had experienced one working as quickly as Gelsemium. This really worked and I am so pleased.
