cineraria - schwabe vs reckweg
hi,i want to know the difference between these two eye drops and which one should i use.
Rekweg says senecia bicolor d2 2500g in its 10 ml drop bottle.
schwabe says each 100g contains Cineraria Maritima PRESSED JUICE 50g. balance is preservatives and alcohol.
so i want to know which of this is homeopathic. And are both the medicines the same. I need this for my grandma's cataract.
Also which of them is more effective. My understanding is if both are cine. M then this qs doesnt arise at all. But the way each one is presenting each other, i dont know whether both are homeopathic med or not.
Kindly advise as which i should go for.

P.S. -: anyone has any idea of reckweg R78 eye drops. Are such combination medicines effective. The medical vendor told me to use the same along with cineraria for more effect. He told some clients have given positive repsonse.

CINERARIA MARTIMA(WILLMAR SCHWABE,GERMANY is the best eye drops.A great help can be achived in the beginning of cataract and corneal opacity.It has saved many persons from painful surgical operations.Use 2drops into the lower conjunctival sac three times a day i.e morning,noon and night.I know its a homeopathic preparation.Thanks,malaker

just one more clarification. The cataract in my grandma's case is not disturbing her. 4 yrs back the doc had said cataract is developing. Today he is saying 80% vision is there and that just the cataract is 'operable' with no urgency as of now.. She regularly uses ayurvedic eye drops in all these 4 yrs.
No vision problems, etc., which hampers daily life or even outdoors.
So Can i consider this as begining of catarct still after 4yrs have passed or that its progress has been slowed due to use of ayurvedic eye drops.
So shall i still consider that the case is still a good candidate for cineraria ? Since i heard of cineraria i want to know whether i can continue on it parallely with that ayurvedic drops.
Since the drops burn she mostly uses only twice. So if i have to split between these two drops i can use cineraria only once. So is that enough? But she is prompt without missing a single day on the drops.

My daughter have trisomy.
She just turned 2, and was diagnosed with nearsighted.
Do you think Cineraria would help her?
Note: In my experience, I have noticed Cineraria only burns your eyes if something is wrong. I.E. I'm getting nearsighted because of too much computer use and Cineraria really burns my eyes. My wife and sisters eyes do not burn whey they put in the same drops and their eyes are perfect.
Cineraria didn't burn me couple years ago but now it does.
