please help any homeo doctor

hi,
i have dark black hair on my chin, neck.these hair stuck in skin and when i remove by twizer,it leaves bad spots on skin and gradually my neck has became blackish, discoloured. this problem started in high school.at start there were a few hairs, but they spread around.i also have lower back pain.there is nothing in xray and ct-scan.i cannot stand ,sit or bend actively.but it was amazing that i did not have back pain in my pregnancy.doctor said that in pregnancy, some hormones gave more elasticity to back. soon after childbirth,i again started back pain.i also cannot lay on carpet or hard bed but feel better on semi-hard bed and feel relax.
NEED HOMEO REMEDY.
