Chronic pyelonephritis and chronica renal failure

Hello,

I am posting this for my mother. She is 55 yrs old and for the last 3 years has been suffering with recurrent UTIs as a result she has developed hypertension and her renal parameters are as follows: Creatinine: 3.2, urea 130, mild proteinuria, Hb: 9.2.
Unfortunately, a month ago she developed acute hypersensitivity to Allupurinol that was given to decrease her uric acid levles. her current uric acid is ~ 9.0. her MRI has not suggested anything new which is not already known on U/s. She does not have any autoimmune reactions going on. Currently she is on 4 mg oral steroids for her itching and rash that started becuase of drug allergy.
She now has UTI and the organism is Pseudomonas and she is taking oral ceftum. 2 weeks back she was treatd with IV antibiotics for E.coli UTI. But infection has come back. doctors have suggsted that they will do some urodynamic studies once she is out if this episode of infection. Even they are not sure where the infection is coming from.

My question is what is happening to her and can homeopathy help in this condition? As you all know unless we halt the progression of the disease at this stage, she may most likely go in for dialysis...

Please help. We are from Bangalore, India
