6 Yr Boy Poor Appetite, Recurrent Fevers

i am also looking for some remedy for my six year old child
who eats little
though very intelligent takes little interest in out door games, have poor appetite,very sensitive and sometime irritable,remain constipated most of the time and pass very foul smelling little urine gets fever easily which is then releived by taking anti malarials,fever occurs with chills and mostly toward head
he is very obsessive about cleanliness

what remedy i should try
one of dr tahira's or of dr mahfooz?
i cannot experiment on my young child
so some one please study the case and then suggest remedy

Dear dr. humayun,
pls start Antim Crud 200 daily one dose is enough to increase the appitite.. and try to reduce the sweat diet of your children...

If appetite increases then stop this medicine...
