red spots on penis
Dear Doctor,I have red spots on my penis. which are non itchy. and spreading slowly. one spot appered some days ago. when I intercoursed with my wife some fluid like water was coming out and another day I found another spot. I used neosporin but cant relief.Please help me and tell me the right medicine. Thank you

Thanks for the reply.I want to tell you about my condition which happened yesterday. The skin over these spots has removed itself and some red skin appears under that skin no any itch, no water type fluid but some pimples like are there. Please tell me again about the medicine. Thanking You.
