do i have water retention????

Hello. I seem to have very puffy wrist and ankles and now and then feel bloated, people always makes comments like have you sprained your wrist cause it look swollen , but i havent, so not sure if it is water retention. how do i know and what do can i do about it.

Dear patient pls arrange test of your Hb and E.C.G and post finding of report.Please drink sufficient water.Have u any thyroid problem?Also mention your volume of urine and frequency how much u pass and how is quantity of level.Thanks,malaker
