Problems with right ovary!

I've been having pain in this ovary on and off since about age 14. Now I'm 32. I had a very painful ruptured cyst in it 1/2 year ago. Today I felt the same sharp cramping pain, coming on in intervals. It could have been ovulation or maybe another cyst.
Generally, there's constantly some abdominal pain with some bloating and cramping. Not much flatulence though and mostly just 'air'- it does not smell.
Apparently I also have a cyst on my gallblader, so maybe that could cause some of the problems, but the cramping is usually in the bellybutton area or below and mostly on the right side.
There are no problems with the left ovary.
Please help!
Thanks!

Hi Dr Sharma!
I'm concerned about the large dose of calc sulph... Aren't you supposed to noramlly wait for a couple of weeks after a large dose?
Also, please, what is overy 3 x?
Thanks!

Hi Cicka

I am glad that you are asking questions instead of blindly taking the prescription.

Calc. sulph can help you if other symptoms match.

This is from Boger.

Look for the other symptoms particularly the modalities.(the worse and better).

You are right with your apprehensions about the high dose and frequent repetetions. If you feel the remedy matches you take a single dose of Calc.Sulph 1M if you normally don't react excessively on homeopathic medicines. If you are a sensitive person better start with a 200c in split dose.

The other medicine what Dr.Sharma probably refering to is

********

OVININUM
Ovarian Extract
(OOPHORINUM)

Suffering following excision of the ovaries. Climacteric disturbances generally. Ovarian cysts. Cutaneous disorders and acne rosacea. Prurigo.

Relationship.--Compare: Orchitinum-Testicular Extract--(after ovariotomy, sexual weakness, senile decay).

Dose.--Low triturations.

The above is from Boericke.

Though both are indicated for ovarian cysts, it is not advisable to take two medicines together, as you will not know which medicine helped and which didn't.

This information is essential for follow ups in case you get relieved briefly, and get the pain again.

With a single medicine we have many options like increasing the frequency, increasing the potency etc. All that flexibility is lost with multiple medicines.

Try Calc. sulph alone. If you need further help come back.

Hi Murthy!

Thanks for the advice! I think we had a similar conversation a few months ago, when I was recommended by another homeopath to combine remedies, so hence my hesitation.
I DO react strongly to remedies and I always like to be cautious. For example - I still didn't find a cure for my genital itch, however I did get some relief using Sepia 30 c once daily. BUT I also got bad emotional side effects! And that was just a 30 potency!
Anyway, this last one, seems like it must have been a smaller cyct. The pain lasted only one day. So it was ovulation pain only.
Still this ovary is a problem and I will try those remedies.
I read that Lillium Tigrinum can help too.
Now when is the best time to take these? When I experience the pain? Any particular time of the cycle?
Thanks!

The best time to try the 'selected' medicine in these troubles is when you are free of the pain. Most of the times it helps to take after the menstruation is over.

That gives time for the medicine to act and hopefully you will see changes for the better at your next menstruation.

Take a single dose in 200c potency (since you seems to be a bit sensitive type) under ideal conditions.

No odors on you, near you and in your mouth while taking the medicine.
