Cervical spodylosis myelopathy

Dear doctor of this forum please suggest me the remedy to cure a case of cervical spondylosis.A man aged 50 was suffering from weakness of rigth hand and both legs,he was unable to walk without the support of other.He was examined at CMC,VELLORE and finding was cervical myelopathy.He was operated at his cervical spine and cord compressinn was released.The power of right hand come to 95% but power in both legs are still wanting.The cant walk without the support of others.Patient is muscular body hypertensive.For hypertension he uses allopathic drugs.He has lumbar pain specially in left heap.Some time pain increases while sleeping,mainly both legs are weak though both legs looks in good shape and size no other disease or deformation is seen.Patient is jolly minded and pity to all.Kindly suggest me medicine.I used the medicines as follow 1.Phosphorus 200.2.Rhustox 6c to 1M in long duration but no improvement at all.Regards,malaker

pls try Oxalic Acid.. at 6 potency.. and weekly one dose of ruta 10M...
