Remedy for Eczema for 6-month old baby.

My son is 6-months old and he has eczema on his cheeks, neck and on folds all over his body from last 4months.
We have been applying 1%hydrocortisone continuosly from last one month(earlier sparingly). Whenever we apply cortizone, eczema goes away, but the moment we stop it; it comes back all over again. It is very itching and my son keeps on scratching it a lot.

We try to moisturize his body 2-3 times a day and give him 10-15mins of bath daily. We also went to see a dermatologist, they mentioned he will outgrow it but dont know when. They adviced to keep on using hydrocortizone (2.5%).

Please let me know if there is any cure for it other than using steroids.
