hi,this is boby from lahore city.i am 25 year old.i am to much worried about of my disease & health.when i go for sex and talking with my girl friend on phone discharge(drops out from my penis)pls advice my medicine for my problem and i want to gain my weight is to less 51 only.pls help pls help my.

Just 3-5 drops in a table spoonfull of water.
Mind u, u will have to change ur thoughts & material (u see/read) to obtain the results (for such problems) from any medicine.

how are you?i hope you will be fine good there by Grace of God.after one day alomost my 7 days complete of using medicine selenium200.now a days situation is that when i go stool little drops come out from my penis secretion & having constipation after 2 or 3 days go washroom for stool same time soft & hard.
wht is next step?wht should i do.pls advice me?give me medicine also for my weight increase.now a days my weight is around 51 to 52.

weekly dose of selenium 200 for one month on other days pl use china 30 one dose after one hour of lunch daily for 15 days this is for wt gain j k mohla

dr. mophla advice is simple but I want to expain it as under:
Sel.200 (One dose of 3 drops after every seven days at night totalling 4 doses in a month )
China-30 (one dose of 3 drops after one hour every lunch daily for 15 days only)
