Cricked Neck, Knee pain, back pain?!

Hi
Could someone give me a good remedy for the following..

Tension and stress create constriction of muscles in my neck and it gets 'cricked', this happens alot and my chiropractor who re adjusts my neck and lower back says its all stress related. I'm currently tapering off some strong meds. (benzodiazepines) and this seems to be making it all worse!!

I have history low back problems, occassionally back has 'gone' and my legs buckled, my father also same, not from specific injury but I'm female 5'10' olive skin, have used Sepia and Lycopodium in past plus staph. I've been using homeopathy for some time but my body is under alot of 'toxic' stress right now so my neck keeps getting cricked, causing migraine, always worse in morning, as are all symptoms better evening.
My knee is very painful, can't kneel down or stretch leg back, worse going downstairs, feels jarred and loose it keeps swelling up. Chiropractor doesn't think it was inflicted injury but ligament and muscular problem from stress related, causing inflammation.

Please this is all very painful daily and I like to exercise (difficult right now) and eat healthy, drink alot of water etc to get rid of toxic damage in my system. I have also taken 2 doses of Nux Vom 30c last 2 nights to help sleep as sleep is very disturbed even though tired.

I have tried Rhus tox 30c as an acute in past for neck and it brings some slight relief but not cure or healing. Also there is now knee problem and the swelling of it and low back pain. Neck very painful, very constricted .. only had it adjusted 3 days ago and it was great for 2 days then got severly stressed out and it 'went' again!!

Anyone got any ideas? Thanks!!

Hi,

I could really really use some help here.. anyone?? I've posted a couple of times in past week on this site and have had not one response to my posts. This is dissapointing as I used to received guidance on my other posts and where I've seen a need that I feel am able to at least offer encouragement or empathy with I have.

Anyone not too busy.. please??

Thanks Rose

Could someone let me know if I'm doing something wrong lately in my posts as to no responses? I may have given too much information? (I do tend to ramble on bit I thought more info was better than less in homeopathy?) Have I perhaps done something 'incorrect' as to the forum guidelines?

Thanks so much for response Dr. Mahfooz.

A quick question though, you mentioned 30 in drops per dose? I can only get dry pellet form here is Cimifuga Racemosa 30c ok 3 x per day? Also is that dose to be continue for 7 days, each day 3 x per day?? I seem to be very sensitive to homeopathics so would I require that length of treatment??

Many, many, sincere thanks!!
