Dosing for chronic conditions (sepia)

I posted below about endometriosis/candidiasis and would like to try sepia, which appears to closely match my constitution. What dose should I start at, given that I've been dealing with these issues on and off for nearly a decade?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

2 or 3 equally spaced doses on a single day and then observation mode for about a month or two or three or even more.

It depends really. Rule of thumb: If the chronic condition is pathological then lower potencies [6c or 30c] to start with. If they are mental/ emotional then 200C is a good starting potency. Based on the response, repetition and higher potencies will be considered.
