Pitti(on my skin)

I have mention pitti because don't know exactly english word of that...but by now days i m continue suffering from that disease and when it came on my skin it needed scratch and i always tired to scratch them but after some it again raised i don't know the reason exactly but my parents said that it would be caused by temperature change but when i take AVIL or CITREZIN I always got relief for
time being but after short of duration it again raised means pitti raised now i am looking for some homeopathy medicine because i heared that homeopathy is the best treatment if you want to kill disease from the root that's why i am looking for it....basicly it raised in night mostly.

I need your help & looking for better help with suggestion. I will be oblige.
