transverse myelitis

I was diagnosed with transverse myelitis about 9 months ago.
I now can walk (was paralyzed in both legs for a few weeks), but with weakness and pain. Also pelvic floor muscles do not respond very strongly and have problems with urination and need to use a catheter.
Any ideas would be gratefully received.

yes, I do use arnica for pain and it is somewhat effective.
Will this also aid in healing?
Is there something else to help with the nerve damage? Also maybe muscle or fascia damage, as I seem to have a lot of lateral rotation of the feet now, perhaps from a month in bed in hospital.
