Genital Lichen Planus

Is there any effective homeopathy cream for males' genital lichen planus? There are itchy bumps (around the head) that mostly appear in winter time and the only medicine that can remove them temporarily is Clobetazole 5% which is steriod.

try Anarcardicum O 6c one dose of 2 drops , daily one dose for a week and report me..

but it is long disease.. it will take time to recover...

Do you know of any homeopathy cream or lotion that can help? I ve tried different remedies before and I don't want to confuse my body with them. Thanks.
