I am working as a software engineer in a MNC company. I am suffering from Neck pain or stiffness in neck. i feel pain when i wake up in the morning or when i bend my neck in the back ward direction.
One more thing i would like to mention is that my stomach is not clear at one go. i.e. in the morning. This makes me having a inefftual urging for stool every time i took someting hot (food/tea). This results in 3 to 4 times a day i have to go for loo.
Please help me.
