I was lifting dumbells in the gym and now having pain in my right hand in the bicep region is there any remedy which can help release pain ....

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Take few doses of Arnica 200C and report back in a day.

the trainer in the gym told me that i strained the brachialis muscle in my bicep by going too down with the dumbell....will arnica 200c help ?

It will help. You can follow with Rhus Tox 200 if it persists after Arnica.

You can take them in wet dose thru out the day. Stop taking when there i significant relief.
