Hot & Humid Weather

Hello. I am a 48-year-old woman. Throughout my adult life, hot, humid weather has made me uncomfortable, but this weather now makes me sweat profusely, even without physical exertion. I am not overweight.

I have symptoms of perimenopause, though no hot flashes. Every few months I experience night sweats. I sometimes have heavy menstruation.

I sleep well, though I once suffered from bouts of insomnia. My diet is vegan/gluten-free with occasional fish.

One other thing I have noticed is that this weather brings on eye floaters. Otherwise I forget that I have them.

Thank you for any help you can give.
