Is there any medicine for 'vericocele of testicles' in homeopathy ?Is it only relevant for surgery and are there any other impacts?

You can try Ferrum Phos 6X safely.
Ferrum Phos
Varicocele with pain in testicles. This is a powerful vein remedy, though its action on the arteries is its prime sphere. It has cured a small aneurism and the great indication for it is throbbing. Varicose veins in young persons.
CLINICAL CASES
Young man, set. 18, complained of daily pain in left testicle, incapacitating him for work. Examination showed a varicocele, well developed, probably caused by constant heavy lifting. After five weeks' use of Ferrum phos., daily one dose, cured. (Dr. Mayer, Stuttgart.)
A physician of Bogota, S. A., relates a case of varicose ulcers of some standing, both on legs and arms. Calc. fluor. 6x was given night and morning. Healed in fifteen days.

Yes mr. murthy, Ferrum Phos in lower potency (salt form), is excellent remedy in such cases however HAMAMELIS VIRGINIANA is also a complementry medicine with Ferrum. What is your comments in this regard please.

When the veins have become actually affected, Ham. 3, 3h. ; locally, support, and at night apply compresses of Hamamelis lotion (one drachm - Oj.)
If there is much pain in the veins, Puls. 3, 2h.
If there is debility, Formica 3x, gtt. x. 8h.
In old-standing cases,
Fluor. ac. 3, gtt. ii. 4h.
After these (especially in varicocele) - (1) Ferr. phos. 3, gr. iv. 4h. ; (2) Plumb. 6, 4h.
In cases of rupture apply a pad saturated with tincture of Hamamelis over the bleeding point and fix with a firm bandage.

Dear Dr.Murthy, yes your guess is correct just like the picture you have sent.
I have went for Doppler scanning of testicals blood flow, then it was identified that there was a 2mm size vericocele in left side of the veins connecting to testies.
I have not experienced any pain actually but some times once in few months i may have experienced little pain.
So kindly suggest me the medicine and potency to use.
