Obstruction in Small Intestine

My Mother has been complaining of nausea and burps since about six to seven days. She passed stools after a gap of two or three days. Yesterday we got the Ultrasound done on her and the report said there is nothing wrong except for bubbles of gases. Immediately afterwards Radiograph (X-Ray) was done and report indicated obstruction in the small intestine. Since last night oral food intake was stopped and she has been put on Dextrose and Saline drips.

Her other details are:

Age: 81 years
Takes Alopathic medications for Blood Pressure control. Is frail and walks with the support of a walker, otherwise she is mentally alert and active and takes part in intellectual discussions.
Height 5 feet
Weight 53 kilograms
