acne everywhere

Hello,I am a 27 year old female. I have acne everywhere - face neck, scalp, back, chest, arms, legs. It is worse on my face and back than the other places. I have suffered with acne since puberty. I have noticed that it clears up slightly during and just after my menstrual cycle.
Yes I eat dairy especially yogurt with live active cultures.
I am not certain what other bits of information to include, so please send a list and I'll be very happy to answer them.

1.Main suffering that I am trying to alleviate here is the acne although since it is all over, it may be a larger issue.
2.I do have lower back pains, but that may be do to my larger than my frame bust. Since I know that every little bit of information could be significant, I will say that I get rashes underneath my breasts from the weight of them. I am looking into getting a breast reduction. If there is a homeopathic remedy for that as well, that would be amazing!
I was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome, but that seems to be under control as long as I take my vitamins each day and eat the yogurt with live active cultures for the acidophiles. Colon cancer runs in my family. Every person on my mother's side who has died of natural causes has died of colon cancer or a heart attack. High blood pressure also runs in the family. The doctors caught the beginning stages of colon cancer in my mother about five years ago. She is also being treated for high blood pressure.
I get headaches because one joint where my neck meets my head is off kilter. I was seeing a chiropractor but I have moved away and no longer have the money to do so. I get headaches if I sleep too long, so even if I am ill, I cannot spend the day in bed. I also have endometriosis which was being treated with birth control for seven years. I've not been on that for four years now.
I get dizzy a lot. This may not be an illness, but my normal body temperature is naturally lower than average. It averages 36 degrees C or around 97 degrees Fahrenheit. My blood pressure is also always lower than average, though the doctors have never found it to be excessively low.
Very bad genetic black circles under my eyes
I bruise very easily and I often find large bruises that I don't remember how they got there.
I used to have migraines with every symptom in the book until I turned 21.
3.I am very aware of my acne. I wear lots of makeup to cover it up. I would prefer not to wear it at all, but the acne causes me to be too self-conscious. I don't wear anything that shows off my back because I hate that there is acne there. I am a fairly even-keeled, happy person. I don't get upset, angry, or sad easily. Though I hate the acne and am desperate for it to go away, I cannot say that it causes depression or any such thing. I am a psychology student, so I would be aware of that.
4. When the acne is at its worst, it is large red bumps that become cystic. Sometimes it is in clusters. I have a big problem with blackheads as well. My face is oily on my forehead and nose.
5. It started in puberty, around 12 or so. Now that I am 27 I thought it would be easing up,but its not. My father still has bad skin and he's in his 50s! That scares me.
6. no particular time except the red bumps seem to be more red in the morning, but that is after I wash, so it makes sense that washing with warm water would draw the blood to my face
7. Sometimes the acne on my back is painful, but not always. At those times, touching them or too tight clothing - which I don't tend to wear - irritates them. Other than that it seems status quo. Nothing really makes it worse or helps. They do not itch and only occasionally hurt. I am trying witch hazel on my face, sometimes arnica cream, salicylic acid to reduce size. Nothing works long term.
8. I only notice a change in that the acne seems to clear up during and just after my menses. Some months though, it seems it is off kilter and it clears up just before and during. My menses are not always on time. From month to month the cycle can be from 4 weeks up to six weeks.
9. I love cold weather. Humidity makes me sleepy, but if I sleep I get headaches.
10. I am mild, agreeable, happy, joyful, flirty, I love people, sociable. I don't get angry, upset or sad easily. When I do get angry, it is quickly gone. I am very stubborn when it comes to my beliefs and I hold those strongly. I have been described as a generous, loving person. I don't know if this helps but my personality style is INFP or ENFP. That means that I can be introverted or extroverted depending on the situation. I am intuitive, feeling, and perceptive.
I love thunderstorms. I feel great. I especially love the feel of the wind just before a storm.
Yes. I want people around me during tough times.
I am sensitive to smells and light. Strong smells give me headaches. Certain types of light hurts my eyes and then gives me a headache. Just after my menses, I am particularly sensitive to smells. They can make me feel sick to my stomach.
I talk to myself sometimes, but I mostly sing most of the time. People often think I am talking to myself.
As I am away from home on London, I very much miss my friends and family back in the US. I have shallow friendships with lots of people, but I have a deep relationship with my mother and three or four select friends. No husband or kids.
11. I am not a fearful person When asked to describe my fears, I have a difficulty coming up with something. Recurring dreams that haunted me for years were those about being chased but never seeing the ones chasing me.I haven't had those in a while.
12 I sometimes crave milk, though I hate the taste of it. No other cravings unless I'm sick. No aversions come to mind.
13 normal I try to drink 64 ozs of filtered water a day. Sometimes it is easy, other times it is difficult
14. I go through stages. Just before my menses, I could eat all day and not feel satisfied. Other times during the cycle, I could have one small meal and a snack the whole day and not want to eat anything else.
15. Lamb tends to cause really really bad breath in the mornings as well as foul smelling gas
16 sweat seems normal, most of the time not smelly sweat most on trunk
17. When I am taking my vitamins as I should it have one bowel movement a day, solid otherwise, I have diarrhea or I go three or four days without a bowel movement
18. Most of the time I sleep well but sometimes my mind races so much I can't sleep I've tried Coffea and it works. My body goes back and forth between needing only 6 hours all the way up to 8 hours. I guess it depends how stressed I am with school, work, clients, etc. I sleep on my side most of the time or partially on my stomach and partially on my side. I move a lot in the night. Not so much lately as I used to.
19. Yes
20. I can't say that I am different or unusual.
21. I used to be on birth control for 7 years. BC pills made me sick to my stomach so I had to have the shot. I tried a number of medications for the IBS - Sorry, I can't remember what those were. For the acne, I've not been on any medications, just over the counter stuff like salicylic acid based stuff.
I try to remember to take everyday 1 multivitamin, 2 magnesium/calcium tablets, and 1 fish oil gel pill.
For pain I take Ibuprofen.
22.Colon cancer, high blood pressure
23. I am 5'8' 155 lbs I am considered full figured because of my bust size my measurements are bust 40 in, waist 32 in, hips 38 in.
I have Native American blood, so I have brown hair and eyes and of course bad skin
24. I have cramps the first day sometimes two days I have a normal flow for one or two days and then gets significantly lighter for the next four days
25. I began having migraines at 11 that ended at 21. I still had headaches though. For a period of three years, I had a headache every single day. Three times a week it was so painful, I couldn't function.
I began having abdominal pains when I was 14 - when I started menstruating. I was diagnosed with IBS. Then when I was 17, I had exploratory surgery and the doctor found endometriosis.
I went to the emergency room once with horrible burning, tight stomach pains. By the time I saw the doctor it was very very sore, but no longer as painful. He told me it was an attack of appendicitis. I was 16 or 17. No surgery because he said a person can have attacks for years before it gets critical.
When I was 24, a chiropractor found that the right joint where my spine meets my head is off kilter and causing tension headaches. I had great relief while I was seeing him.
Wow, that's a lot of information! I understand though that homeopathy is a whole person way of looking at health.
Thank you so much for looking at this!

please start with PULSATILLA 200C one dose early morning in empty stomach.

continue this for some days till you see any changes in sleep, skin and stomach ailments.

as soon as you notice any new symptoms surfacing, you must stop and report.

Really? Wow, I didn't see that coming. But it makes sense considering that Pulsatilla helps bring a woman's hormones into balance.
Do I continue after I begin seeing improvement?

melbba last decade
please taper down the dose frequency as soon as you see improvements.

dont take any further doses as long as the improvements are going on.

if the improvements stop, you can take PULSATILLA 1M one dose a week for some weeks.

please report after a month.

Okay,thanks. I'll report back then.

I'm concerned. I want to cry all the time! That is not like me at all.
I have noticed that the acne seems to be clearing up, but I don't know if I want to deal with this depression. I didn't take the Pulsatilla yesterday and I was fine all day.
Any suggestions?

thats infact a good sign.

your acne seems to be clearing up and thus you should actually stop the remedy or just take it once a week for a or two more.

this pulsatilla has probably brought in some proving of mental symptoms.

please dont worry, just stop the doses and you will be fine in the next 24 to 48 hours.

Thank you1 That's very encouraging.

I stopped taking the pulsatilla daily and took it once a week for two more weeks. I've not seen any change in the acne, except maybe its worse on my face. I think that maybe the improvement I saw initially was just the effect that my period always has.
Any suggestions?

please take LACHESIS 30C three doses on a single day and note the changes for the next 7 days.

if you note a response, you can continue it infrequently when you notice that the improvements have stopped or the symptoms are re-surfacing.

rishimba last decade
No change. The pulsatilla seems to have made it worse, and the lachesis didn't make that any better. I'm feeling hopeless about this.

melbba last decade
try CARBO AN 30C twice a day for some days and note response.

Hello, I know I've left this a long time, but it took some time to get the last remedy. I tried it, but I didn't see any change.
I've become depressed. I went to a doctor and she ran tests. I have elevated estrogen levels. They are borderline and she says nothing to be worried about, but I'm thinking that might have something to do with the depression. Just thought this might be important.
I'm still looking for something for the acne that is all over.
Thank you.
