Dear Ms. Yvette,

Thank you very much for taking the time to read my post and caring enough to answer.

I am hearing about Sentia for the first time and hence a few queries..

1) I guess it is not a homeo remedy.. or is it ??

2) Is it something like viagra ?? I am always scared of using stimulants like this.. have you used it yourself ?

3) Is it available worldwide ?

4) What exactly is this ?

Thank you once again..

DEAR DOC,

here are the answers to your questions:

1. Describe your main suffering?
A: body odour, rapid graying of hair, skin tags and black spots

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
A: fatigue, couple of times severe joint pain (once at the base of the index finger and another time under the knee), dandruff

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
A: Have a lot of reasons to be upset and so there is stress at times and grief at other times. But experience have made me realize that I am a strong person and I move on as normally as I can.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
A: When I feel sad, I cry it out, then I try to console myself accepting life as it is knowing God will show a way out.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
A: I can’t pinpoint to anything in the past. But I had panic attacks when I was 15 yrs old (in Class 10) and thatz the first imbalance that I remember. I used to be the school topper and the board exams triggered this, since my mom used to have great expectations (of a state rank) for me. The anxiety and stress led to that.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
A; When I am sad and lonely, mornings are worse. I fear how I would pass my day.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
A: I live in a hot country. I hate heat and thatz the most intolerable thing for me. Music consoles me a lot.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
A: I am a lactating mother and I have always found that pregnancies and lactation have a great effect on all my mental and physical changes.
Greying of hair gets really, really bad, everytime I am pregnant.
I start getting body odour during lactation and My abdominal muscles went lax with my last pregnancy and I look pregnant all the while now.
I get PMS also, though not very bad. Very easily irritable that’s all.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
A: I hate hot weather and love cold weather. I love rains.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
A: I am easily offended. Kind of reserved, but have no inhibitions whatsoever to socialize. It’s just that I am choosy, if I like someone, I get attached very fast. To some I think I appear to be haughty (I donno for sure, but I think so).

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
A: I feel like a peacock, when the clouds arrive heralding the showers - very very exhilarated.. though it gets scary if there are too many lightening and thunder

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
A: Obviously.. those people hold a very special place in my heart… the ones who genuinely share your pain. But I hate pretensions and when someone does it for the sake of doing it, or uses the wrong words, it irritates me very much.

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
A: Yes I am very sensitive to smell, hates bad breath and body odour. Apart from this I hate smell of cigarettes (suffocates me), smell of petrol, diesel etc; and even some perfumes disturb me.
Don’t prefer loud noises or harsh lights.

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?
A: No

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
A: Very attached to close friends - Can discuss anything under the sun with them.
Care a lot for my parents, but am often misunderstood by them. I find it very difficult to communicate with them, always some kind of a barrier between us. And this drives me crazy… I feel I’ll never be able to make this up and fear that they may die before I could really make them believe how much I care. Then I feel I’ll never get peace.
I am fastidious to the point of it being kind of a pathological, it disturbs my normal functioning. I try to control my parents even, specially my mother, when it comes to cleanliness, as she is a careless type. This creates a lot of friction and distance when I am with them and it makes me feel extremely guilty and sad. At the same time I am unable to resist myself or let things be. I’ll over exert even if I am not supposed to, to keep things clean at the outset. I would rather be caught dead than let anyone see that I am not orderly. Husband – go to all extent to please him and make him happy. I think at the sub conscious level my heart needs to know that I can at least make someone love me.
Children – loves them a lot. Strict with them, but very patient as well.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
A: I am scared of ghosts, though I believe they don’t exist. I don’t even watch horror movies, coz I don’t want it to scare me later when I am alone.
I am scared of dogs, cats etc; and power failure (dark).
I don't dream.

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
A: I never used to like sweets, but since a year, I crave for sweets a lot.
I love chocolates, fried meats, eggs etc; Love spicy food and dislike bland food.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
A: less. Must consciously make it a point to drink. Though at times I do feel thirsty.

14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
A: normal – slightly excessive. I don’t diet. Eat whenever I feel like, may be in the middle of the nite also.

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
A: no allergies so far, except that I don’t eat things that I am not used to eating.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
A: sweat is more. I am very warm blooded and the minute I am exposed to heat I begin sweating all over- head, face, body etc;

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
A: Normal and regular. Once a day in the morning.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
A: Sleeps very well. Hates getting up in the mornings. Early mornings are very very difficult. Sleeps on the sides.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
A: Not many desires lately, often tries to evade sex.

20. What peculiar or strange sensation do you have in any part of your body at times? Do you sometimes feel ‘ as if…..’ in some part of the body?
A: I am tired most of the times thatz all. Used to have numbness sometime back, not now.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
A: new to homeo
