Noise in ears / Blocked ears

Dear Everybody,

I would be very grateful if somebody could help me with this condition:

1. Current complaints: hissing, sizzling, or very high-pitched metallic buzzing sound, mainly in the right ear; the right (and sometimes also the left) ear feels blocked (negative pressure) most of the time; NO difficulty in hearing; air pressure applied to (into) the ears (as in a hearing test) relieves symptoms

2. Other complaints: TMJ dysfunction, grinding teeth (possibly part of the problem); left ear slightly impaired (according to hearing test)

3. I am very susceptible to cold; cold legs and feet even in warm weather; I love hot, even hot and humid weather.

4. My personality: I am a bit of a perfectionist, impatient or indecisive sometimes which can give me tension, but generally very calm, self-confident, not easily impressed or angered, no particular anxiety, fears, or shyness, never bored or lonely. I like my own company. I do lack in energy, and can feel quite exhausted at times for no apparent reason.

Any suggestions -- within the field of homeopathy or apart from it -- are very welcome!

Kind regards,
Sebastian

Somewhere else on this website (http://abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/115966/), a dose of 5x200c silicea 4 times a day was recommended for a similar condition. Is that also acceptable?

Without commenting on the choice of remedy, a total of 2 doses of 200c potency should be more than enough to start the curative action.

There is no need for so much repetition.
