Chronic non bacterial prostatitis(pelvic pain)

I got bedridden with intense left sided testicular and rectal pain in April 2007.
The main issue seem to be muscle spasm / nerve problem (levator ani and lower abdominal muscles). i also started having intense neck and shoulder pain (right side) in May 2008 due to working on the computer in bed.

After trying lot of medications / treatments and visiting several homeopathic doctors, a doctor prescribed magnesium phosphate 6x and silicae 6x. That has brought down the pain by a notch and enabled me to walk for around 20 minutes at a stretch.
The doctor does not have nay other ideas on how to bring the pain down further. Can anyone provide more inputs on this

The pain started after recurrent anal fissures. THe anal fissures themselves were caused due to pelvic muscl dusfunction that resulted in more pushing during a bowel movement. Several tests have revealed that there is no other problem or pathology in the pelvic / lower abdominal area
