Vaibhav, to be honest, nothing much can be done about this at your age. (which is contrary to what some of the 'doctors' here would 'make' you believe)
My advice to you would be to try to inculcate an acceptance about this fact and still love yourself. There are a lot of good things in life which have nothing do with your height.
I had read this saying some time back
' It is in the coming to the end of our own strength, accepting weaknesses, and admitting that we need God's help, that we find our full potential'
