women hair thinning
im 56, my daughter is 25 Ive experienced excessive hair loss for at least 10 yrs, my daughter for at least 2 years. Ive purchased arnica 30 c and sulphur 30 c for both of us do we take them separately, together/Ive also purchased the gel to massage at night. we dont live together so there arent any common issues like diet or environment. she is getting married and is worried about being a bald bride...Helpmbooklady on 2008-08-18

the directions on the flouric acid bottle say 5 pills under the tongue. Is that my dose on the day I dont take the arnica?

the hydroflouric pill is so miniscule, its so difficult to shake 5 out of the bottle. I lost half the bottle doing so. Any suggestions? Ive been on the Arnica for 2 weeks Its not showing much improvement with loss. Should I increase dosage.?
My daughter hasnt started yet , she monitoring my progress first.

pl dissolve 10 globules in 250ml of water in a bottle shake well to dissolve and take one table spoon as one dose preserve till it finishes prepare fresh after 250ml again pl give medicine some time

Ive had 2 Arnica 30c each day , massaged gel into scalp each night and the hydroflouric acid once a week. the loss has been reduced to approximately 150- 200 hairs a day. Can i increase any of the dosages? Do I continue with these same items daily? Thank you for all your help

Ive noticed the hair loss is returning after I reduced my dosage to 1 arnica 30c a day.
I ve gone back to 2 pills a day. Is there anything that can be done about the hair shaft itself is very very fragile and thin. Breakage occurs constantly because the hair itself is so so fragile

pl take arnica twice a day then go to arnica 200 one dose daily after arnica30 pl advise your daughter to use graphites 30 twice daily for 7 days then one dose daily for 7 days arnica to be stopped flouric acid weekly dose to continue j k mohla
