Fever after the surgery

Two months ago , left leg of my father got broken.
It was fixed by placing the metalic rods inside the body

Now my father is getting fever everyday in the evening

the leg which has broken , was once inflicted with the bone T.B , which was cured with the help of the injection of pencilline

blood test shows high ESR rating

i wonder can the fever relate to the old disease or it is just the simple post operation fever

presence of the metalic rod in the body cause me to avoid the giving of any homoeopathic remedy (as silicia is reported to cause the reaction of the body against the foreign object )

Can some one thinks of some remedy which can help this problem
as the fever is persistently coming for two month

Hi Malik

Don't give deep acting medicines. Give him three doses of Ferrum.phos 6X every day for a week and report back.
