Is the stool lumpy in the beginning and soft later? If not describe the stool in more detail.

Give her lycopodium 30c the following way.
Mix two pellets in about 30 ml. of water, and give a teaspoonful out of it as a dose.
Give three doses on the same day once every four hours.
No further medicines. Wait for a week and report back.
Use disposable cup and spoon and throw them away after you give the three doses.

Dear Dr.Mahfooz
There are many medicines for knootty, lumpy, nodular stool, alumina being one of them.
Stool, knotty, nodular, lumpy : aesc., agar., alum., alumn., am-c., am-m., anag., anan., ang., ant-c., apis., arn., ars-i., ars., aur., bapt., bar-c., berb., brach., calc-p., calc-s., calc., carb-an., carb-s., card-m., caust., chel., chin-a., chin., chlol., coc-c., coll., con., cycl., dios., eupho., euphr., glon., graph., grat., hydr., iod., ip., kali-ar., kali-bi., kali-c., kali-p., kali-s., kalm., lach., lept., lil-t., lyc., mag-m., mang., merc-c., merc., mez., nat-m., nat-s., nux-v., op., petr., ph-ac., phos., plat., plb., prun-s., ptel., rhus-v., sang., senec., sep., sil., spig., stann., stront., sul-ac., sulph., sumb., thu., ust., verat., verb., zinc.
But the peculiarity of lumpy in the beginning and soft later is present in only one medicine.
Stool, knotty, nodular, lumpy, first, then soft : lyc.
I have frequently verified the use of Lyco in these conditions and hence asked the direct question.
Let us wait for the response to the medicine.

Samik,
Does your daughter drink much water? I would start by making sure she has a sippy cup or bottle or glass of water easily accessible every hour of everyday. As long as it is always nearby, just let her drink on her own schedule as often as she wants but make it front and center. Constipation is physically a lack of water in her stool, so her body is reabsorbing more than we would like it to. Increasing her water intake may help profusely.

She drinks plenty of water by instinct. No worries no that front at all. Sometime we stop her from drinking it, it is so profuse!!!
