Fish Oil Supplements

Fish oil contains EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Both EPA and DHA are known as essential omega-3 fatty acids because the body cannot make them on its own. Fish oil provides one source of these important Omega-3 nutrients. Fish Oil Concentrate is a mixture of natural triglycerides providing a dietary source of Omega-3 polyunsaturates containing Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA).
