bulimea

hi, i am a 30 y.o female, 164cm tall and weighing 93kg(obese). im constantly thinking of food. I eat enormous portions and don't know when to stop. I eat till my stomach feels like exploding yet i don't stop. I have always had this problem but it was more controllable before my marriage break down. After the divorce ive been a comfort eater, when thoughts or memories of my traumatic marriage came to mind i would turn to food, mainly bread and a lot of butter and chocolates.I don't allow myself to cry. I find it hard to do so its almost like im numb. If by chance i feel like crying i will hold back the tears. Even now to this day i still eat a lot bread and butter, chocolates, junk food, large portions of everything. I don't feel thirsty thus i don't drink a lot of water. My mood is generally OK although i do get angry easily and more so to family members. My sleep is disturbed after 2pm. I don't know what times i wake up but i do wake very frequently were i realize im awake, change my position, and go back to sleep.I tend to sleep on my belly turning head right and left throughout the night. I puff out easily, i sweat a lot in my underarms. I stress a lot about my finances and my business (work). thoughts are of how to do things better or in another way or simply repetitive thoughts of finance/business worries. In the past ive taken antibiotics for colds panadol for migraines ventolin for asthma. I haven't used traditional medicine now for a long time (11 yrs). for migraines i took belladonna, for a uti i took berberis, gelsemium for a back injury. my asthma is suppressed i don't get attacks now but when i run i get a burning feeling down the back of my throat and down my air pipe till the level of the Adams apple

thank you very much rishimba for your response. Here are my responses to the questions you want me to answer:
1) my main suffering is that i over eat and i constantly think of food morning noon and night. I dont however dream of food or eating it.

2) My feet swell by the end of the day. first thing in the morning my feet arent swollen but i cant take steps because the soles of my feet hurt. I have to walk on my heels or turn my foot to the side.Sleep is disturbed i wake constantly after 2pm (almost hourly). Nose is always itchy. Bad breath in morning and after meals.

3) Mentally i am terrified of birds! and ghosts. Mentally after the divorce i felt abused, betrayed, i lost my trust in man kind, lonely, depressed (i took ignatia and then nat m for that which helped me gather a bit of strength back) angry, disappointed. Because of that i turned to food as a comfort but i didnt know when to stop.

4) Now, after 2.5 years after the divorce just feeling run down will make me binge. If i feel tired, stressed, angry or insulted i will turn to food and i overcome those feelings

5) the binging started after failed marriage

6) I feel like binging the most between 3pm and 7pm

7) feeling tired, stressed, angry or insulted will aggrivate my condition. Binging helps me feel better

8) My binging is not related to menses

9) I feel better in the warmer weather, not too hot and not too cold. Humidity makes me feel heavy in the chest

10) My mental set up: moody, angry, changable, very suspicious, irritating. Thunderstorm scares me, i like being consoled, I cant stand offensive smells or excessive noise, i pick my flaky lips a lot, rub mt itchy nose a lot, and pick at pimples a lot, I dont socialise with friends, i confide myself to the house and work, i dont have a husband or children.

11) I fear birds and ghosts and snakes. I dream of drowning

12) I love chocolate! Icrave bread and butter and any junk food and a lot of carbohydrates. I hate fish with a passion both taste and smell.

13) I dont really feel thirst

14) My hunger is excessive

15) I dont like fish

16) sweat is more than normal and mainly underarms and back

17) Bowel movement is normal. i go daily and somtimes twice a day.

18) I dont sleep well. I feel im a light sleeper, and i wake frequently after 2pm. I sleep on my belly with my head turned to either side

19) I am able to satisfy my sexual desires. During intercourse though upon insertion i get a pain in my right ovary/ right side of uterus

20) Heart palpitations at times, pain in left shoulder

21) when i was young 2 or 3 years old i was given a medication for my asthma and after that course of meds i started having weight problems

22) diabetes, stroke, heart attacks

23) 164cm tall naturally brown hair green eyes, obese size, slouchy posture, aversion to showers

24) normal mensrual cycle (every 29 - 30 days)

Rishimba hi! I took Lyc 200C as you suggested.
With the first dose i took i instantly felt a slight burning sensation on my tongue. I also felt calmer, slightly withdrawn with a fuzzy feeling around my head. i also got a pain in my stomach which left as quick as it came.
With the second dose i felt hunger on and off and i noticed my sense of smell was more sensitive which later lead to a cleared up nose.
With the third dose i felt a heaviness on the back of my toungue. I also felt insanely hungry but when i tried to binge i ate a normal amount of food and felt very very full!!!!
The following are responses to the medicine within the next 10 days:
*breasts were more painfull around the nipple area
*sleep was more disturbed than other times-i felt more awake when i happened to open my eyes during sleep.
*i felt immense tension through my shoulders and neck which by the end of the day gave me a headache(took nothing for the headache, just went to bed and was fine the next day). Tension lasted for 3 days
*i felt a lot more hot than normal which caused me to sweat more than usual.
*i was thirstier than normal
*hunger still there
*binging is slightly better but still occurs
*sex drive has noticeably increased
*nose blocked up again after 4 days or so
*takes me longer to fall asleep at nights

Thats how i responded to the`medicine. Shall i continue it for the month or do i need to change the medicine? Thank you Rishimba for your time. Much appreciated!

please dont take any more doses now.

please wait for another 10 days and note changes in you.

all the new symptoms in you after taking the doses should clear off in another one week and the cure should begin.
