seborrhea

Hi,

I want to know about treatment for seborrhea. My nose always sems to be covered by dandruff with some reddishness. I had been advised to take Isotretinoin. But it has some side effects. I had also taken berberis aqua Q and hydrastis canadensis Q. But they have not worked. Pls guide me.

I am tall, fair complexion. A little overweight. I also have hypothyroidism. Sometimes constipation.
