Anxiety attacks

Dear Doctors,

I want to consult you with a case I met today, I promised him to help him out.

He is a male around 50 yrs old, Has clear skin, fresh red face.
He is around 5'10 and normally well built.

While talking to him expressed his long persisting problems. He always mentioned that the circumstances of his life and stresses have developed these problems in him.

His first complaint was Anxiety, when I inquired about what he feels, he told me that he feels that something is going to happen and he starts shivering.

Next, He told me he has an ulcer in his stomach, his symptoms are sever pain when stomach is empty, he must eat something to stay away from the problem. He also says that if he eats something bad this stomach bloats with air and gets stiff, for example rice kept in the fridge is impossible to eat.

Third he also has 3 dislocated discs, this problem appeared suddenly, with no spinal problems, He also told me that he gets blood pressure and and high pulse in anxiety attacks.

His thirst is normal

Weather has no effect on him,

Likes to stay alone and does not like company.


I want your help in prescribing a remedy,
