nux vomica for nausea and appetite

I am new to this site. My problems started 2 weeks back. Had nausea all the time for the first week. A friend gave me a two doses of nux vomica and nausea went away. However I still have burping and appetite issues. I have a full feeling and appetite is minimal. If I take more than a few bites Nausea starts again. Burping makes it better. Should I start taking nux vomica or another medicine.
Thanks

Is your tongue clean or coated white?

Does vomiting give relief/ ameliorate or do you continue to have persistent nausea?

I think you might get relief from Ipecac 30 - a couple of doses per day on need basis.

Clean

Vomiting does give relief. Although I havent vomited a lot.

This is the fourth week. Please let me know if I should still use Ipecac 30 based on the answers above.

Please note that my nausea is better - May be because I am eating very small meals now. However I dont feel hungry and it seems that food isnt easily digested.
