dysmenorrehea
My wife has problem of dysmenorrehea since last 6-8 months. She is 38. During start of mensuration period i.e. on first day the problem occurs and during this day the flow appears to be suppressed or less. The flow appears to be clotted, blackish. To overcome the problem, she use to take MAFTAL SPAS and relief comes only after 2-3 tablets. I have used homeopathy medicine prescribed by qualified doctors namely Pulsatila 1M, Calcaria Carb and others whose name I don't know but all in vein. Now I have started R-75 ( Dr. Reckeweg medicine) after reading their literature. Is the dysmenorrehea is curable in homeopathic, kindly advise experts. Further i have used homeopathy so many times and found useful in day to day general diseases but could not able to get good results in major problems. Kindly advise more. Thanks.ravi2 on 2008-09-09

Please try as under:
Graphites-200 (5 drops one dose weekly)
Kali Mur-30 (5 drops per dose after meal thrice a day)
and report after one month.

three eminent doctors of this forum has suggested the following medicine.
1. Graphite 200 & kali Mur 30 by Dr. Mahfooz
2. Natrum Mur 30 during pain by Rishimbha ( On personal request )
3. Nux 30 for seven day in night only by Dr. Tahira( on personal request)
First of all, I honour all of three for their valuable advise. since, Dr, tahira's suggestion was for a week and dr. rishimbha was during pain, I decided to go with above two and given seven days nux 30 ( 2-3 drops in one teaspoon water) at night during 12-18 october. It is pertinent to mention that last cycle of my wife was normal one with no/tolerable pain. the cycle started at 26 Sept. ( 5-6 days before the normal date 3-4 of the month) and no medicine was given by me during that days. During that time R-75 was continue along with Aloe vera juice. Since, it has been advised to discontinue the R-75 by dr. Rishimbha, I had not given the same after that cycle and only given nux 30 as detailed above. This tyme cycle was delayed and comes on 7 Nov. with a great pain. I had given naturm mur 30 during pain as suggested by Dr. Rishimba but nothing happen. Then I had gone for medical check up and in the ultrasound, following report has been given.
'Lower part of uterus above cervix posterior to endometrium & apperently continuity with uterine canal shows a maemorrhagic cyst with fluid & few of echose. Due to adenomysis app. 2-3 cms. USG pelvis shows a haemorrhagic cyst in uterous. does not appears to be fibroid/polyp/neoplasm. Due to adenomysis'
Blood examination reveals that;
TLC - 17000 / Cu.mm
Polymorph - 79%
Lymphocyte - 18%
Monocyte- 01
MCH- 28
Other parameters of blood are within correct limit.
Culture of urine shows that there is few colonies of cancica sp. grown in culture at temperature.
On the basis of above, the doctor suggested, it is fungal infection and started medicine accordingly.
Now in the matter, it is requested;
(i) further course of action of homeopathic medicine
(ii) what is adneomysis. Whether it is dangerous or they are like some type of clotting
Kindly suggest at the earliest. Thanks to all.

have you tried graphites and kali mur as suggested by dr. mahfooz.
if you have tried the above and not got any relief, you need to put down the symptoms, sensations, locations and modalities of the pains again in a descriptive manner so that fresh repertorising can be done.

I had not tried graphite or kali mur. The pain is in lower abdomen i.e. below the belly button, during pain she feels cold, get temeporarily releif after using heating pad. After mensuration flow,pain disappear

Next ultrasound report in the matter received. the same is as under;
' Haemorrhagic Cyst seen in uterus on previous USG apears to be resolving & size app. 14mm X 7MM.'
'Follow up USG shows resolving Cystic lesion in uterine myometrium & no haemorrhagic echoes seen'
In view of above, kindly suggest that Sepia 12C will be given during next cycle as suggested earlier or their may be change. Further, if there would be no pain during next cycle as Cyst has been resolved and would be resolved more or disappear, then it might be possible that there would not be any pain during next cycle. In such a situation, shall I give Sepia 12C or wait for another symptoms. Kindly suggest. Thanks

Again there is a different medicine. Four eminent persons have suggested differently every time. Is Dr. Rishimba is agree with above or sticks on Sepia 12C or other medicine according to new USG report.
