Breast Adenoma
My homeopath sent me Asterias Rub. 6c (20 drops), Calcarea Fluor 6x tr (6 tablets) and Hepar Sulphur 12c (20 drops)3 times a day for the small lump on the top part of my breast. I have to take them 10 mins apart each, but now that I have been reading a little more on homeopathy I find that it is not good to take different medications at the same time so now I am confused.Sparkle on 2004-12-17

It is my left breast and it hurts a bit when I touch it. I just turned 51 and I consider myself easy going and warm natured. I don't have female problems. My papanicolao came out fine. I have 3 children and nursed only the first one for 2 weeks cause I didn't have much milk and my baby cried a lot, then I got hard lumps in my breasts and they hurt and so I didn't even try to breastfeed my other two children. The doctor put me an injection when they were born.
I consider myself to be very healthy, but I know I am starting my menopause even though I don't have many symptoms. I have hot flushes once in a while and that's it.
Will having taken the medication my homeopath sent make my problem worse?? I'm worried! Thank you for your help!!

Stop taking the medicines sent by your homeopath.One medicine,at a time is the rule in homeopathy.

Hi, sorry to be slow, had a problem myself. Fell and broke my ankle. I'm fine, just adjusting.
Would be good if some others would write more.
I must reassure you that taking what a homeopathic doctor gives you cannot injure or hurt you. Some people have responses, but this is a good sign the remedy was a good choice for you. The response fades away within a short time.
Ask your doctor what he gave, so we won't give the same.

Well, my breast still hurts when I touch it and I can still feel the little lump. What should I do?? I'm half way with the treatment she gave me. I started it on the 9th of Dec.and haven't stopped. I do notice that my arm doesn't hurt as it did at the beggining, so I do feel there has been some improvement.

one medicine at a time,will help you and us to follow up the case easily.If you use two medicines simultaneoully,we will not be knowing what to do next,when you stop responding.
If it were to be a single medicine,we can up the potency,and see the response.
Calc.flour 6x is a tissue salt,and won't interfere with homeopathic remedies.
For all I know,you may get relief with calc.flour alone,in higher potencies.
Any way,report after a week.

I personally don't take any vitamins.You normally get all of them in food,if you eat a balanced diet.
Daily dose of various vitamins is not required.It is o.k.to supplement for some time,till your system can start absorbing the vitamins from food,when you are ill.
But,just to boost up your energy levels,etc..etc.. I don't believe in it.
These vitamins are also big buisiness for drug companies,and they try all sorts of gimmics,to covince you that you need all of them.
My advice will be to stop them,atleast for a week,and see the difference.

My question is if I can take an antibiotic if I am taking Astherias Rubens. I have a sore throat, my throat is very red, my head hurts, the secretion of my nose is green, I cough because my throat tickles and it feels dry and I am going on vacation to the beach next Friday ( a week from tomorrow) and I don't want to be sick there.

for your sore throoat etc you may try also homeopathic remedies - but acute requre fast action and aren't best to try treating on-line. If it is red, sudden, dry -you may try belladonna 30c (or what potency you have)every 2-3 hours for a day,-if it will work it's enough time. Please post more symptoms meanwhile.

Thank you for answering so fast! I cough more in the late afternoon, when the temperature goes down and it gets cold.(I live in Mexico City). But I cough because my throat tickles. My head hurts very much and I think it's because I am very congested. My nose is stopped up at times and others it flows. My throat hurts more at night and when I wake up in the morning. Once I start drinking and eating something, it goes away.
Will an aspirin also neutralize homeopathic remedies??

Warm or cold drinks help your throat? Both sides of the throat are the same? (belladonna is often a right side remedy-meaning the sore throat starts on the right usually-but it iis quite often prescribed in sore throats which are red (and like glazed) and dry.
I'm afraid aspirin, like other pain killers, can also antidote. (if anyone knows soomething about that-please comment)

Aspirin and paracetamol won't antidote homeo medicines,if used in moderation.Antibiotics,and dental treatment will antidote homeo medicines.

Hi again! Thanks for being in touch with me! My throat is quite ok during the day but it hurts a bit when I wake up. What bothers me is a constant headache (since yesterday, not strong, just there and I'm afraid I'll get worse when I travel by plane to the beach. I can breathe well but I feel something isn't right cause my head feels "constipated".
About the lump, I am happy cause it almost doesn't hurt when I touch it, though I can still feel it. Maybe it's a triffle smaller, it's hard to tell. Now, there are days when it hurts more when I touch it, but I imagine that it has to do with hormonal changes, right??
And yes, I'd be more than happy to answer a questionnaire if it will help me solve this problem!!!

Hi! I'm taking Asterias Rubens, 12c and petroleum 6c because I hurt my left foot and couldn't step with it. This latter one I began 2 days ago and feel much better, but I'm afraid to use my high heels now.
