Angiotensin converting enzyme and homeopathy

If someone taking angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor used in the treatment of hypertension, like Enapril (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enalapril). This can give Hyperkalemia, (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ACE_inhibitor#Adverse_effects), which is elevated blood level of the electrolyte potassium. Causticum is Potassium hydrate (http://www.herbs2000.com/homeopathy/causticum.htm). Both too-little and too-much potassium can cause deadly heart arrhythmias. As many as 40% of all CHFers die from arrhythmias, so anything that causes them is to be avoided. Also, potassium without magnesium will not enter cells (http://www.chfpatients.com/stew/minerals.htm#k3). Since Causticum is Potassium hydrate (http://www.herbs2000.com/homeopathy/causticum.htm), what happens then or how is a homeopathic remedy working? I wonder because my father took Causticum D30 and the same he begun to taking Enapril just after he got a stroke last year. Should he stop to take the Enapril?
