Seeking some medicine for my sister

My sister has been sick for a long time, mainly digestive issues and inability to gain weight. 2 yrs back, we found out she has wheat allergy. We are not sure when this allergy started because being from India, our staple diet is wheat as we eat wheat tortilla everyday. Till we found out about the allergy, she was misdiagnosed with anorexia as she would not eat and complain of stomach ache all the time. She was given antidepressants. When she stopped taking those, her health completely collapsed and she has now been very sick for last 3 yrs. For last 1 yr after we stopped wheat, her stomach symptoms have improved and she is interested in eating whereas earlier she would run away from food.
Her diagnosis shows probably candida. She is taking garlic etc for candida.
Her main complaint is fatigue, body pains, energy level very very low, and most importantly feeling feverish on and off without actual fever. Her body burns and she starts feeling very sick. This worsens when its rainy weather or when rain starts and there is no sun.
I want to ask if there is a particular homeo remedy for this feverish feeling. We have tried belladona. Doesnt help.

Please advise. She is only 30 yrs old and has been suffering too long.

please describe the condition of her tongue and stool.

Tongue : is coated white on and off, sometimes its pinkish but a lot of times, the back side of tongue has white patches, not very thick though. She complains of too much saliva in the mouth if she eats any allerguc food.
stool is normal, sometimes she passes undigested food in the stool.

please try ars alb 30c three doses on a single day.
