urinary disorder

hi everyone
It's gr8 to hear from so many good hpathy practioners in this forum.i am a big admirer of dr. murthy.i like reading his posts.i desire to solve my problem thru ur advice.the problem is faced by my friend.
he is 22 years old male,lean & thin.currently he is suffering from urinary problem.He is suffering from frequent urination from past 3 months.Initially he urinated in large quantity during a day.later the quantity of urine passed decreased drastically.he also used to feel chill with low grade fever and burning urination during initial days of illness.he has
a history of excessive
masturbation from last
3 years and suffers
from lower back pain,testicular
pain on masturbation.he
was on 9 day course
of antibiotic ofloxacin.He
felt some relief.he also went for urine test and ultra sound but nothing came out.he was also given thuja 10m,staphisgyria 10m and sabal serrulata Q by some doctor.But
offlate he is suffering
from frequent and
scanty urination.sometime
he feels pain in the upper
portion of urethra
during and after urination.

sorry,i forgot to mention some more symptoms.They are:
1.he has a feeling that some urine remained in the urethra after urination.
2.sometimes he feels pain in the area above the ankle of right leg below the knee while and after urination.
