PCO for the last 19 years

Hi,
I am a 34 years old female living in Pakistan and suffering from PCO for almost 20 years. I have tow girls one age 9 other age 5. Both of these were conceived after clomiphene citrate treatment. I have always had irregular periods, ie. no periods for many months than prolonged periods for up till 20 days with heavy bleeding. I have had so much bleeding that my Hb drops to 5/6 and had to have blood transfusions. But that was before marriage. After that I have been on the pill or on the clomid to conceive. I have been taking Diane 35 for the last 3 years. Now I wanted to conceive again but this time clomid did not work and my Doc. advised me to go for injections. Also this time again had VERY heavy bleeding and PCO is back with full force again. I do not want to go on pill again but for the time being I am taking primolute N. This is my second cycle.
As for the other details:
I like cold weather and can not tolerate hot weather
very less thirst
in winter very cold feet.
I am very irritible and get sudden anger surge no matter how much I try to control
I cannot take criticism
Sleep is sound and I can fall sleep easily and can wake up fresh with 15 min nap.
Have to have my day time nap after lunch or I get a headach in evening
I like spicy food not very fond of sweets.
Was diagnosed to be vitamin-D deficient last year and took 6 month treatment for that.
I have constant backache which aggravates with physical exertion.
I am very quick in working and can not tolerate slow people.
I am computer Eng. but not doing job for last 5 years due to domestic responsibilities
I would really appreciate any good advice or personal experience to share.

Low iron and Hb. Vitamin-D deficiency. Generally low blood pressure.

What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Mood swings. I suddenly get very angry and I realize even at that time that I am over reacting.
During the episode of heavy bleeding I get very depressed and weepy. I am getting fed up of my disease now.

I forgot to mention. My age is 34 years.

you need to gradually come out of the pill in the long run.

homeopathically, your remedy seems to be NAT MUR.

before your next periods, when you suffer mentally and physically as described above, you should take NAT MUR 30C every four hours for a day only ( 3 or 4 doses max.)

if you feel an overall improvement in you in the next few days, you should buy NAT MUR 200C for long term relief.

when the same symptoms return, you can take NAT MUR 200C one or two doses whenever its required.
