Chronic blind piles

Hello Doctors,

1)Subject :- I am 36 male,suffering from chronic blind pilesfor the past 3 years. Weight -85 kg,6 feet tall. Receding hairline (genetic predisposition to hair loss).

2) Cause:- It was caused by eating spicy food,high mental stress and constipation

3) Likes/dislikes :-I like eating spicy and oily food, but i am on a restricted diet currently avoiding above.

I like cold weather, sweat a lot during heat.Live in Mumbai where humidity is high.

4) Mind feels dull,underconfident,tense,negative attitude,melancholy and sorrowful.Thinks that situation will never improve. Sensitive to criticism, though lesser than in the past.
Sleep well at night for 7-8 hours,no bad dreams. Mind highly prone to stress at work and other emotional situations.

5) physical symptoms - Dull pain in anus (especially after eating spicy/oily food). Congestion in liver area periodically (especially when there is stress). No other physical symptoms

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Take Sulpher 1M (2-3 drops in a tablespoon water), empty stomach, every month 2-3 doses. Do not take any other medicine for next 48 hours.
On remaining days take Nux Vomica 30 thrice daily (2-3 drops in tablespoon water). U may need this treatment for 1-2 months, depending upon ur ailment.
