Stomach upset of 3 year old

My 3 year old boy is complaining of stomach ache time and again. This is happening from last 3 days. Along with this he is passing not so well formed stool with mucous, 4/5 times a day. Usually, he passes stool once a day. Otherwise, he is healthy/cheerful. He has not lost appetite, though. No other visible symptoms. I would appreciate any help on this and please, let me know if any other information is required.

Forgot to add that first day, the stool had odor. But, from second day onwards, the stool is not at all smelly.

See whether the problem resolves on its own. That will help to build up his resistance.
