Crackling and popping in ears

Every time I swallow, move my jaw, yawn, or essentially breath I experience crackling and popping in my ears.
I am 37 years old and have had this ever since I had my wisdom teeth removed about 15 years ago and have tried most things eg. ear candles, cranial osteopathy. I have pretty clear sinuses.
Any help gratefully received :-)

Heard from ppl it has something to do with the tension in ur neck muscle, the rear up around the edge of ur skull. I'm currently experiencing this as well, everything i press that part of my muscle, my ear will pop. Try that.

Some said the solution is the see doctor and get ur neck muscle pricked few times with a syringe to relax the muscle. I'm not sure, its getting annoyed, i might go to a doctor soon.
