Question on Piles

Ok so last year, I had piles, I cannot feel it outside my anus but when I shove a finger in a little, I feel a small lump. I went to see my doctor about it, she said that I did not had external piles and that as long as I maintain a good diet with water and fruits, it will heal. So I did and I almost forgot my problem.
However, this time, I had constipation and it seems like the pain around the anus area was present when I went to the toilet. I know this can be cured as soon as I drink loads of water and stuff. I'm just wondering if my pile will ever clear up?
And I do not bleed at all. Its just that when I have constipation and try to move my bowels do my piles hurt.
I'm extremely worried, I'm a female and I'm only 18. Does having piles mean I can never have any constipation and that I can never eat anything unhealthy ever again?
Thank you for your replies.
